  • Shipping and Returns


    Orders are shipped within 1 business day (M-F) via UPS or USPS provided that the items are in stock. If they are not, you will receive a call within 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue you a full refund.

    Returns and Exchanges 

    We want you to love your shoe and the fit. Because of this, we offer unlimited returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. We will cover the shipping cost to the buyer on the first exchange, any additional exchanges related to the original purchase are the buyer's responsibility.

    Please try your shoe on indoors, on clean floors with a sock or nylon. We are happy to do a facetime call to help you with fit. You can reach us at (707) 525-1064 (10-6 PST every day) or BirkenstockVillageStaff@gmail.com if you would like to set up an appointment. 

    We cannot accept returns on shoes that show signs or wear and are not in NEW resalable condition. If your return is not approved, the item will be returned to the sender at the buyer’s expense. Failure or refusal to pay may result in shoes being donated or destroyed. 

    If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund, minus the shipping fee, on the same business day the shoe is received. It may take 7-14 business days for the refund to be back in your account. You will receive an email notification once refund has been issued on our end, to the same method of payment received.

    Sending it Back

    To return your item, place it in the original shipping container and safely seal it up. 

    In your box include:

    • Your name, address, phone number and email
    • The reason for your return
    • Your wishes for either an exchange or refund
    • A copy of your online order invoice

    Shipping charges cannot be refunded and are the buyer's responsibility. If you are doing an exchange we will ship your first replacement to you at no charge. 

    Do not use the shoe box as a shipping container. We will not accept your return unless it is shipped safely in a proper shipping box. We need the box you are returning the shoes in to be in as good a of shape as the shoes you are sending back. 


    If you think your shoe is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at (707) 525-1064 or at BirkenstockVillageStaff@gmail.com. We may ask for photographic proof of the defect. If we find that your shoe is defective we will issue you a full refund, including your shipping, or replace the shoe. In this case we will pay shipping both ways. 


    All Clearance items are final sale. Clearance items are determined by Birkenstock Village and items can be considered clearance at any time. This may include styles and colors that are discontinued or shoes we are choosing not to move forward with.
